Baby Boy's World
My 1st cake of the year & also my first cake after 2 months of open hand surgery :D I just LOVE the way this cake came out. I was scared that I was not going to pull it off since it was my first time working with my hands again. The whole cake was at my friend's request. She came with her own drawing & then told me what all she wanted on the cake. At first I was like 'YIKES', but I was extremly happy at how it came out. All figures are made out of fondant & hand molded from scratch. 1st layer of cake is vanilla with buttercream frosting, 2nd is vanilla with chocolate frosting & 3rd layer is chocolate with vanilla frosting, covered in MMF of course :) All bears are chocolate fondant & anything with yellow is banana fondant.

Super Brugsen

Super Brugsen is a danish store. Its like a Kroger or Randall's. My daugther's daycare teacher referred me to this client. I was happy but at the same time really stressed & worried. This is for a chain of stores in Danmark!! It was for a 25 year anniversary here in Danmark they call it "Jubilæum". They wanted me to incorporate the manager's interests (golf & wine) along with the store. So I recreated the store's bag. I love the golf bag, came out way better than I had invisioned it. Client was really impressed & pleased :D

Dior Anyone??

I see this cake & I am totally amazed that I pulled it off!! First time making ladies' high heels!! With fondant, not gumpaste ;} I tried my best to make them look realistic. The purse, I pulled it off too!! I received so many complements from this cake. The shoes are not a pattern. I free hand both of them.
