Christmas Hot Chocolate Mugs

This cake was a challenge for me. I did it with one hand!! I recently had hand surgery & I'm suppose to be doing nothing but recovering. "When there's a will, there's a way" I could not help myself & not make a cake for my daughter's daycare. The kiddos are always happy & to hear "Wow", makes the pain that I felt the next day in my hand all worth it!! Hot chocolate anyone?

The 1st Thanksgiving Dinner

Another Wilton inspired Thanksgiving cake. Characters are sugar cookies with details out of fondant. Vanilla cake, peacon frosting covered in MMF. Food is hand molded with fondant. Made the cake to bring as dessert :D

Thankful Couple

A Wilton inspired cake for my daughter's daycare. Chocolate cake, cream cheese frosting covered with MMF. Hat of the guy pilgram is a cupcake.

Painter

Cake that I made for a friend's husband, that's a painter. Bottom layer is chocolate, top is golden butter, buttercream frosting covered in MMF. Everything is molded from fondant.

Fairy Tales

Cake I made for a little girl that loves fairy tales. Especially the ones with a unicorn & princesses. I added the prince (frog) to make him party of this cake's fairy tale ;}

Halloween Cupcakes

Halloween cupcakes I made for my daugther's daycare. Smaller characters are royal icing & the bigger characters are fondant. Ghosts are a lollipop in the middle of a cupcake covered with fondant :)

Vampire Reading

Cake that I made for a teenager that's a fan of all the vampire series. In addition to the cake, I added her favorite things; she loves peace signs, so I made her a bracelet. When she was little she had a favorite stuffed pig. She still does, so I made a little piggy to add to her cake. Cake is chocolate cake, buttercream frosting covered in MMF.

Motorcross Helmet

Cake I made for a little boy that does motorcross. It is a replica of his helmet & his gloves. He was happy to have an "Ericka Cake". Cake is chocolate with buttercream frosting covered in MMF.

Powder Fun

Christening cake that I made for a friend's little boy. A baby having fun with baby powder pouring it all over. This idea was cute & I wanted the each pillow edge to have a stuff animal that a little boy would have in his room.

The Little Mermaid

This cake I made for a friend's little girl that loves Ariel. WOW, I'm amazed that I pulled it off. I made my version of each character. Still having a smiliar look to the characters in the movie.
