This cake was a challenge for me. I did it with one hand!! I recently had hand surgery & I'm suppose to be doing nothing but recovering. "When there's a will, there's a way" I could not help myself & not make a cake for my daughter's daycare. The kiddos are always happy & to hear "Wow", makes the pain that I felt the next day in my hand all worth it!! Hot chocolate anyone?
