Rainbow of Roses Wedding Cake

2nd Wedding that that I have been asked to make. The cake topper is a replica of what was on the couple's wedding invitation & the birds as well. This was my first time making roses. I had to transport the layers of cake 3 hours away - YIKES!! It made it there in one piece & I was really happy how it came out.

Elegant Steps

My very 1st Wedding cake!!! Although it wasn't for an actual wedding, it was for a 60th Wedding Anniversary. When they say wedding cakes take a long time - they DO!! It took me a total of 14 hours to create this cake. I do have to give credit where credit is given. Its a Wilton inspired cake. I was scared when I was given the task. The outcome came out good. Everyone at the party was amazed & pictures where taken from the moment I brought the cake in ;}
