Easter Cupcakes

Easter Cupcakes I made for my Egg Hunt to thank the parents for coming.  If it wasn't for the parents to bring the kiddos.  Then we would not have fun, play dates, etc. etc.  Cupcakes are carrot with buttercream frosting.  Each having an Easter Topper :) 

Cadbury Bunny

Living in Danmark for 5 years I haven't been able to celebrate Easter the way America does.  I was so happy to host an Easter Egg Hunt at my home with friends & family.  I made none other than the Cadbury Bunny on top of an egg.  Growing up I remember the commericals of Cadbury Bunny :) Bunny is vanilla cake piped with buttercream frosting.  Egg is chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. 

Easter Decore

I made these characters for an easter cake I was going to take to my daughter's daycare. Many of the kids were sick that week of easter so I didn't get a chance to make the cake. I still want to share what I made.

Cottontail Collection

A Wilton inspired cake. Client wanted a cake for Easter to share with her family. She asked me for ideas so I pointed her to the wilton site. I like looking at their cakes for inspiration. Client searched through the site & this cake was her favorite one. Cake part of the bunny is carrot cake & the hands plus body are all cookies. This cake was fun to make, its bigger than what it lookes ;}

Eggs in a Basket

Easter Cake for the language school, where I'm learning Danish. It was a hit & all the students liked it. They all started to spread the word about me ;}
