Elegant Steps

My very 1st Wedding cake!!! Although it wasn't for an actual wedding, it was for a 60th Wedding Anniversary. When they say wedding cakes take a long time - they DO!! It took me a total of 14 hours to create this cake. I do have to give credit where credit is given. Its a Wilton inspired cake. I was scared when I was given the task. The outcome came out good. Everyone at the party was amazed & pictures where taken from the moment I brought the cake in ;}

Spiral Bow Cake

My 2nd time making a bow for a gift cake. Cake is orange, buttercream frosting covered in MMF. Brown fondant is chocolate fondant. A very last minute cake. Happy with the outcome. Call it spiral box cake because of the spirals around the cake :}

Caught It!

Cake for a little soccer, or how they say it here in Danmark "Fodbold" fan. They wanted something simple yet to show the sport that he likes. I decided to make a goalie, that's what the little boy plays. Then for the 1st time I made shoes out of fondant!! I was nervous because the shoes were not coming out right. At the end my stuborness always wins & cleats were made :D
